We have successfully developed an existing long-term employee into their first supervisory role and they now perform this role in a full-time capacity.

This team consists of several long-term employees and highly experienced staff. We have added additional personnel and the team is functioning well under the new structure.

Nightshift Services

Our highly experienced supervisor and some team members have been working for IMAC Cleaning since the business started more than 30 years ago. They provide all corporate after-hours services and when on leave, their work is covered by the dayshift team.

Training

At IMAC Cleaning, we are committed to training and ensuring all staff have either completed or is in the process of completing Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Services) in accordance with the National Training Scheme. The training programme is made up broad-based and industry specific skills—providing management and staff with an industry-endorsed, nationally recognised certificate.

We are also committed to creating employment opportunities and assisting with the training and education of the local community. Traineeships are offered where available and the trainee must complete Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Services) within a 12-month period.

Once Certificate III is obtained or successfully completed, the employee is encouraged to continue learning and develop. As a member of the BSCAA, IMAC Cleaning has the advantage of ongoing industry training both at state and national levels.
